Too much sugar is bad for you. Diabetes, heart disease, and a host of other negative health impacts are associated with sugar. So many of the the pre-packaged things we eat are loaded with unnecessary sugar–which makes it very difficult for us to get it out of our diets. So why are we promoting a blog about sweets when sugar can do horrible things to our bodies? Everything in moderation. We have eliminated most unnecessary sugars in our lives by cooking and eating at home. No pre-packaged/prepared foods allowed. Nor do we over indulge. 1-2 treats a week. This way, we can enjoy what it is we’re eating. Sugar (like some fats) are addictive. If you find yourself needing sweets multiple times per week, please seek help. Read this if you’re struggling.
